230kV Kampong Cham – Kratie Transmission System Project

Project Scope
Construction two new 230/115/22kV substations namely Kratie and Kampong Cham connected by an approximately 98km double circuit 230kV transmission line linking these substations.
Our Scope
- Provide services as Independent Engineer (IE) to review and assess project agreements, documents, progress and certification of the commissioning process for EDC
- Visits to the project sites to assess the work progress and desktop review of the project documents, particularly Power Transmission Agreement (PTA), project schedule, environmental issues, works were related to checking of the technical documents comprising the project preliminary design and specification for the substations and the transmission line for their compliance with the Cambodian Grid Code and other relevant prudent utility practices and requirements as required by the EDC

- Identified gaps in the design and commissioning documents and ensure plant is commissioned to meet the target commercial operations date
